EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICIES
All our garments have up to 30 calendar days after purchase, or for money back you have up to 5 business days from receipt of the product, following the steps in our policy.
• Exchanges of defective or damaged garments must always be requested within 15 days of receiving the product. All products sent after the allowed period will not be accepted.
• If all the conditions mentioned in the exchange are met, it will be done within 15 business days after receipt of the product.

• In accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in Law 1480 of 2011 art. 47, to retract your purchase and request a refund of your money, you have 5 business days from the date of receipt of the order. All products sent after the allowed period will not be accepted.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR EXCHANGES AND / OR RETURNS
• Bottoms (pantyhose and girdles) DO NOT HAVE CHANGE without any exception due to hygiene, this applies to underwear.
• The product must be in perfect condition: unused, clean and in its original packaging with original labels and tags. Applies for exchanges and returns.

• Regarding the value of the return shipment: the cost of the shipment is assumed by the consumer. Packages with cash on delivery are not accepted.
• Regarding the value of the change shipping: if it is due to size (bra) it must be canceled by the client, if it is by factory default, CONFECCIONES TERESSE S.A.S. Packages with cash on delivery are not accepted.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES
Order delivery times are:
• In the city of Bogotá, your order will be delivered from 3 to 8 business days after the purchase is made, depending on availability of the (s) garment (s).
• In the other cities of Colombia your order will be delivered 8 to 10 business days after the purchase is made, depending on availability of the garment (s).
The delivery time and rates for some products may change depending on their weight and dimensions, or their stock availability. If this is the case, we will inform you of this news in a timely manner via email or telephone.
The standard delivery time is from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday, except holidays. The transport company will call you if it is the case to schedule a delivery appointment.
The delivery times indicated are for guidance only and CONFECCIONES TERESSE S.A.S / YURIKA will endeavor to respect them; However, as it is a service offered by third parties, its delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation from CONFECCIONES TERESSE SAS / YURIKA
You can be sure that all our items will be handled with care.
The shipment of CONFECCIONES TERESSE SAS / YURIKA products is free for Colombia, applying the following conditions and restrictions:
• In cases where the order has a weight greater than 2 Kg (two kilograms), the shipment will have an additional value to that of the products. Depending on the weight, we will inform you of the additional value of the shipment.
• For orders with deliveries in remote areas to main cities, where there is no presence of offices of logistics operators, re-dispatch of shipments is required, which is why the value is more expensive.
